Establishing working standards

  • Setting standards of work
  • Standardizing working conditions

Description

Working conditions are conditions under which work is accomplished. They may be divided into primary working conditions (all remunerations that can be directly valued in terms of money, e.g. salary for hours worked), and secondary working conditions (all remunerations that can be indirectly valued in terms of money, e.g. use of company vehicle). The term tertiary working conditions is used for immaterial remunerations that cannot be valued in terms of money (e.g. office environment).
