An integral part of upholding just participation through popular creation of free assemblies disseminating information on human rights and initiating universal citizen's franchise.

Implementation

Tactics include: political practices to honour every expressed opinion in making decisions; loyal opposition to resist encroachment upon this right; servant polity to serve the needs of the constituents; public opinion to enable popular decisions to be expressed; and basic covenant intended to hold before every citizen his expressed purpose for authentically participating in decision-making. An example is a community organization that serves the community through articulating its needs as expressed by the citizenry.

Counter-claim

Sustaining community citizenship is vastly overrated and not an essential strategy in today’s world. Focusing energy and resources on such vague concepts distracts from tangible progress. In an era dominated by technology and global networks, archaic notions of local citizenship slow innovation and promote insularity. Communities should prioritize growth, efficiency, and advancement instead of clinging to outdated ideas of collective responsibility or civic participation that rarely yield real, measurable benefits.
