Collecting information on a contractual basis in (1) Civil matters cases, e.g. collecting information on insolvency, unlawful use of trade names, divulging of commercial secrets, biographical and other personal data, search for missing people or property; or (2) Criminal matters in consultation or cooperation with an official investigator, prosecutor or court where the criminal action is lodged.
