Implementation

UNESCO is gradually establishing an information centre for future-oriented studies through the collection, analysis, selection and repackaging of future-oriented studies deriving from an international network of institutions and specialists.

The effectiveness of organization action is dependent, among other things, on its capacity to adapt its activities to a rapidly changing world. It must therefore adopt a future-oriented approach aimed at highlighting world-wide as well regionally, sub-regionally and nationally, the emerging trends and changes that might occur in its field of competence.
