Developing organizations

  • Designing organizations
  • Establishing new organization
  • Creating new organizations
  • Setting up organizations

Description

Establishing a solid internal structure and a clear vision of the role and regulations of an organization as the pillars of realizing its general and specific objectives competently and effectively. Developing the structure of organizations in a way that underlines the responsibilities of, and the relation between, the organizational units at all levels; ensuring a smooth flow of communication between leadership, general memberships and branches, so as to secure an effective contribution of all units in the expression of their views and in decision making.

Claim

  1. We should discard monolithic images of organization and replace them by family or systemic images. We should throw off the blankets of hierarchy and stop worshipping giants. We should then have the freedom to discover new ways of getting things done. We would be able to think about organizing rather than organizations.
