Myopic advice to leadership

Leaders have advisors, some formal and some informal who to be effective must be specialized and therefore operate out of a narrow context. Few leaders attempt to find as confidants, technical specialist or cabinet ministers generalists who can perceive the overall needs of the social group being led.
