Incidence

The UN Security Council, in 1992, accused Iraq of engaging in serious "non-compliance" by concealing information on its nuclear capability and installations, falsifying its count of ballistic missiles, and seeking to evade destruction of equipment capable of producing weapons by claiming it was intended for peaceful purposes.
