Haphazard transmission of practical technology

  • Irregular delivery of practical education
  • Unorganized transfer of methods
  • Sporadic training in craft industries
  • Decreased transference of technical skills
  • Inefficient acquisition of technological skills

Incidence

Rural communities have little access to the technology which would allow people to maximally utilize land and resources. Left largely to depend on traditional methods of farming and production or, at best, on partial application of improved techniques, the progress of rural communities in every sector is haphazard at best. Wasted man-hours and unused land testify to the separation of such villages from the gifts of contemporary society.
