Using natural ventilation in buildings

Fresh air circulating in the home is critical to maintaining a healthy living environment. It is difficult in some weather conditions to use all natural ventilation because of extremes in outside temperatures. However, it is important where possible to ensure a good mix of fresh air as well as that recycled by heating or cooling systems.
