In 1995, in letter to the world, the Foreign Minister of Bosnia formally requested participation in activating collective spiritual power in response to the forces of destruction plaguing the country. He asked for spiritual support from all religions to join with people of faith throughout the world in the creation of a powerful band of prayer.
