Strengthening intercultural dialogue

Intercultural dialogues can do a great deal to validate diversity and put an end to stereotyping.

The main impediments to intercultural dialogues are the absence of democracy within all states, a lack of sensitivity to human rights, and a disbelief by some in good neighbourliness.
