Relocating key European Union institutions to Brussels

- Key European institutions in France and Luxembourg are far away from the European Union's center, Brussels, where they should be. The present arrangement is impractical to say the least - substantial time loss, money waste, and location. No nation's needs must be permitted to override the necessity for key EU institutions to be located in the European Capital. It is in Brussels where EU institutions: are best defined as supra-national institutions serving only the many peoples of the European Union; best function because of the centralisation of EU institutions. Brussels is the chosen center because of its geopolitical pan-European advantages.
