Description

Providing an equitable legal framework to furnish dependable application of law and consistent procedural treatment for all. The effect is to free members to participate by providing the basic security of legal standards both in liberties and procedures.

Context

An integral part of upholding just participation through popular creation of free assemblies disseminating information on human rights and initiating universal citizen's franchise.

Implementation

Tactics include: due process to provide a standard application of law to all; individual liberties to establish the basic arena in which a person is free to move; civil protection to furnish security to citizens in pursuit of their rights; referendum procedures to supply legal means to change laws; and equitable representation to array a system for all factions to have an equal voice. An example is when a person who disagrees with draft regulations is provided with legal review of his rights, procedures to change the laws, and protected from harassment in the practice of of his rights.
