- In our countries, our neighbourhoods, as on planetary and even individual scales, forces are at play which can either deny or, conversely, create the possibility of living together. Realistically, this is a struggle. Understanding in order to act, acting in order to understand, then communicating to surprise each other is the wager of a collective intelligence and a shared ethic.
