Promoting right to organize

Description

The right to organise and bargain collectively is an essential pre-requisite for the improvement of workers' conditions. In terms of the trade-off between wages and jobs, it gives workers the right to bargain for whatever wages and conditions they themselves feel are appropriate in their situation. It puts the question of wage levels and conditions more into the hands of the workers themselves, rather than leaving it to governments or employers.
