The Association of Manufacturers of Animal-Derived Food Enzymes promotes individual and joint contact between members and international authorities and organizations, provides information to consumers and to the public on health/political and health/legal aspects of the use of natural, animal-derived food enzymes, and officially registers preparations including specifications, toxicity etc.
