Lender

Loans money or equipment temporarily to friends and relatives in need, or one who loans money to others for fixed periods at an agreed rate of interest. A lender expects to be repaid, but the shared capital allows recipients to begin businesses, pay off other debts, purchase new goods, or just enjoy themselves.
