Expert

Has practical knowledge and skill about a particular subject. The expert makes himself available to provide particular knowledge that might enable a job to be completed. An expert might also be called upon to practically work through a complex job that requires particular knowledge of a subject. The role of the expert allows one to see that everyone does not need to know the particular facts, skills, and details of a situation but can call upon those who have a particular expertise when specific knowledge is needed in application.
