Establishing tourist zones

Designating zones where development specifically for tourists occurs.

By attracting tourists to certain parts of Bali, the Balinese have been able to separate some of the intense tourism influence from the lives of ordinary people. Some native American tribes have set up casinos on their self-governing reservations, specifically to take advantage of the tourism income they can derive within a contained, single-use facility.
