Designing space-time ontology

Description

Portraying the ontology of space and time through intentional designs. The catalytic effect is to create a sense of the unity of experience of mankind.

Context

An integral part of re-empowering sacred objects to provide appropriate corporate symbols of contingency and relatedness.

Implementation

Tactics include: patterned transportation to design transportation modes, whether a car trip with the family or a new rapid transit system, so that they structurally hold the existential situation of the traveller; organizing man-made structures so that their form symbolizes and projects the functions they fulfil and their meaning for the sake of humanness; allowing man to take charge of time, holding it so that it no longer dominates him, but instead is used to release his powers; integrating previously significant local structures as revered monuments in everyday human activities with the intent of revealing the life truths which they hold; and spatial arrangement to take responsibility for all physical space, delimiting, moulding and opening it up, as a sign of man's ultimate freedom in the world. An example is the Aztec Calendar which unified the Aztec community.
