Creating a story or image for local communities that gives a profound and motivating reason for doing everyday tasks. This may include a local history written by community residents, writing groups creating plays, songs, slogans, etc. about the life of the community, field trips to locally important sites or globalizing sites, classes in local history, and visits to similar communities in other countries.
