The Forum fosters the exchange of knowledge and expertise in the travel and tourism industries and assists its members in influencing positively judicial thought and the tourism policies of governments worldwide. It also acts as a depositary of judicial decisions, legislation and other legal thought pertaining to the travel industry and aims to establish a tribunal, internationally recognized, to achieve efficient dispute resolution in travel and tourism matters.
