Tactics include: needs research to furnish information for the localities in need of specific goods; resources research to serve the experts to supply available materials to individual and world-wide collectives; market analysis to determine proportionate amounts for just distribution; dissemination guides to derive from the various resources; and monetary systems intended to guide the decisions of those responsible for the allocations. An example would be that crops would not rot in storage or be ploughed under.
