Concretizing local global dynamic

The World Academy for Local Government and Democracy provides (amongst other things) a venue for cohesive response by theory and practice to a world that is, at the same time, one of cities and villages going "global" and regions and nations going "local". It holds an annual world convocation on local government and democracy and runs leadership development programmes and local democracy and governance programmes.
