State-monopoly capitalism is a new, more developed from of monopoly capitalism, characterized by the joining of the forces of capitalist monopolies with the power of the state to preserve and strengthen the capitalist system, enrich monopolies, suppress workers and national liberation movements and unleash aggressive wars.
