Lack of computer system capacity

Nature

Most older computers, including slow Pentiums (less than 100 MHz), can no longer be upgraded further (no replacement parts, like hard disks that will meet the old specs of the obsolete processors and bioses), and require replacement. This equipment is simply inadequate to the challenges and opportunities at hand, all of which require effective operation in a Windows environment. Maintaining older systems in operating conditions requires huge investments in parts and services.
