Indecision

Undecidability denotes matters that, in principle, cannot be determined to be true or false.  The classical liar’s paradox (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Liar_paradox) is an example.  Indecision may be influenced by this, or simply by incapacity or ignorance.
