Exclusion of opposing views

Social structures exclude views in opposition to their current practices. Even opposition loyal to the principles of the organization is relegated to inauthentic and non-visionary engagement. The past is not appropriated. New effective leadership is not prepared to assume responsibility. Organizations become more parochial. Planning becomes increasingly more unrealistic.
