Nature

Cellulitis is a common skin condition and a potentially dangerous one. It is an infection that develops in soft skin tissues. Staphylococcus and streptococcus bacteria are the main causes. Most cases are reported on face, eyes and lower legs, but the infection may also appear on the neck, ear, scalp, nose and tonsils. It is often accompanied by abscesses.
