Theatrical revue

Revues are usually performed live on television, with only occasional productions in legitimate theatres or music halls. The revue or variety show may contain comedic sketches, dance acts, musical solists, bands, and choruses, etc. Other types of related variety theatre are vaudeville and burlesque and the Broadway type of musical 'show'.
