Team evaluator role

An affinity-role played by one or more members of a small group or team. Typically, rather sober, prudent and unemotional. One who analyses problems, evaluates ideas, suggestions, and proposals, so that the team can formulate more balanced decisions.[Advantages]

Judgement, discretion, hard headed, acts as a check and even a challenge to the input of others. Can in some cases intuitively recognize whether the contributor's enthusiasm is behind the suggestion or proposal.

[Disadvantages]

Can be a demotivating role, which does not inspire or motivate the group in its task.
