Team completer role

An affinity-role played by one or more members of a small group or team. They tend to be anxious, orderly, conscientious people with a capacity for follow through and perfectionism. They actively search for aspects and details that require, and are not receiving, greater attention.[Advantages]

Can protect the team from mistakes and omissions. They have the stamina to carry out a project through to its completion and a willingness to work on the details. They maintain a sense of urgency. Can be the key to actual products resulting from teamwork.

[Disadvantages]

Their tendency to worry about small issues can distract the group. They can hold up the team by their reluctance to "let go" of an issue. Their anxiety can become a source of distraction.
