Effectiveness, changing circumstances don't affect the intentions. Successes and mistakes are dramatic and have a definite effect on the group's environment.

[Disadvantages]

Strongwill is overrated because strongwilled failures are not identified with strongwill but with stubbornness. Lacking in sensitivity, there is a tendency towards rigidity, ruthlessness, and callousness.
