Radio broadcasting

Radio braodcasting is the transmission by radio of a variety of spoken or musical programs to an unlimited number of listeners. It is one of the principal means of rapidly disseminating information. Radio broadcasting is second to television as a means of organizing leisure time. It is sometimes used to educate the population and foster cultural development, sometimes to conduct mass agitation and propaganda.
