Propaganda films

Usually a short, journalistic type of film on topical and political problems, the goal being to win over the public to a specific point of view. This procedure often leads to mass manipulation. The propaganda film may backfire on its producers causing them to lose credibility when it is proven that it is an exercise in misrepresentation.
