Openness to change and to personal and group transformation, they don't simply attend the conference but become the conference. Unexpected juxtaposition of people and concepts can generate unexpected insights and creativity. A useful balance to structurists who are threatened by the apparent chaos of unstructured meetings.

[Disadvantages]

Can be diffuse and unable to focus. A large high risk investment of time and energy in a project that while it may be something significant tends not to achieve significant results.
