Holography

Lens-less photography which uses a laser beam to organize the light from a hologram. A hologram is an image produced on a photographic plate by two laser beams, one of which is a reflection from the object photographed, the other of which is a reference beam. A reversed procedure interprets the hologram of the developed plate, and yields a holographic image characterized by three-dimensional realism.
