Group conversations

Establishing a context sets parameters for the group and holding a workshop welds individual opinions into a group statement of some kind, but conversations in a group allow people to share their reflections. Conversations are best held at a small group level, although they can be done, if carefully orchestrated, with as many as 100 people. Generally, however, 5-30 people make the best conversational unit. If possible, conversations should be held in no more than two languages at the same time.
