Gesture

Human movements, particularly those of hands and arms, which are communicative, either denoting a specific meaning, or connoting or expressing a mood, value, emotion, etc. Languages of gesture have been codified in connection with ritual dancing and with traditional theatre, and also with sacred sculpture and painting in Asian and Pacific cultures. Gesture may include facial expression, movement of head or eyes, movement of shoulders (e.g. Shrugging), upper torso (e.g. bowing), peluis and hips, legs, feet, or any combination of these in association, usually, with hand and arm gestures.
