Low-cost, low technology equipment that is very available to all users. Diagrams and drawings made during a discussion can be easily retained, displayed and conveyed to other meetings.

[Disadvantages]

Dependent on the skill and neatness of the user. If used during presentations, it can enhance the level of communication but may distract both speaker and listeners if they become too involved in the drawings and neglect the direct communication.
