Drama

A drama may be a representation on a stage by actors before an audience. It may also be a piece of writing of an intensely emotional character intended for stage representation. Drama is one of the three types of literature, and belongs simultaneously to the categories of theatre and literature. Although it is the primary element in a theatrical performance, it may also be appreciated by reading alone.
