Conference viscidity

The degree to which the participants in a conference function as a unit. It is reflected by the lack of dissension and personal conflict among participants, by the absence of vested interest, by the ability of the conference to resist disrupting forces, and by the belief of the participants that the conference is unified and does act as a unit.
