Conference potency

The degree to which the conference has a primary significance for the participants. It is reflected the kinds of needs the conference is satisfying or has the potentiality of satisfying. By the extent of re-adjustment which would be required of participants should the conference fail, and by the degree to which the conference has meaning to the participants with reference to their central values.
