Conference environment

The environment of a conference has to do with the size, coloring, acoustics, arrangement and decor of meeting spaces. There is not one "ideal" environment, nor is this ultimately answered by providing higher quality appointments and more beautiful space. The environment needs to be considered in relation to the group and the existential and rational intents of the event. Consider first what kind of environment is needed for the event to be created. Then consider the space available and devise how to bridge the gaps. Decor is important. It should not be automatically assume that hunting prints or whatever is already on the walls is going to be helpful to the event. Consideration should be given to what photographs, brochures, symbols, banners or even displays of work in progress could help conference participants to make tangible the conversations they are having ?
