Conference types who tend to subscribe to the statement "action will remove the doubt that theory cannot solve". They are impatient of delay, discussion and caution.[Advantages]

They are a useful counterbalance to analysts, theoreticians and those who attend the conference simply for their personal, emotional or intellectual growth. By using the momentum and motivation generated by the conference they can encourage constructive action and achieve much in a short time. They tend to remind the conference of the implications of the deliberations.

[Disadvantages]

Prone to exhaustion and "burn out". Prone to dramatic but naive and short term achievements. Prone to simple solutions and may prove distracting in a meeting trying to uncover the complexity of the issues at hand.
