Participants whose dominant abilities in the conference situation are "concrete experience" and "active experimentation". In terms of abilities they represent the opposite pole to the assimilators.[Advantages]

Doing things, carrying out plans and getting involved in experiments. Involving themselves in new experiences. They are risk-takers. They adapt themselves to their immediate circumstances and favour intuition, trial and error problem-solving.

[Disadvantages]

Rely heavily on people for information and feedback and less on their own understanding of logic.
