Description

This may be described as the communication of unhealthy attitudes to the individual by a sick society, due to the reciprocal relationship between an individual and his surroundings. Symptoms are a general increase in crime, drug abuse, violence, sexual promiscuity, and the breakdown of family relationships. This decline in moral standards is shown historically to be related to an increase in material prosperity which confronts the individual with a multitude of different values and standards. The loss of faith in spiritual reality causes internal confusion for which no solution is in evidence.
