Leadership intelligence

As opposed to everyday consciousness, a trance-like state whose external manifestation may be said to be a blank stare, leadership mind is described as wide-awake and active. It is alert, in touch with reality; it is expansive, exhilarating, liberating and positive; it is always conscious. In a company situation it can be the state of each employee, who then knows and cares about the whole business. This state is no respecter of position or birth, it can be learnt by anyone through changing their way of thinking. Such a way of thinking is an asset in combating disease, and leadership intelligence and good health are said to go together.
