Fourth order perceptions - control of transitions

Here there is perception of motion as the same configuration presented in rapid sequence in slightly different positions. Music, for example, is the transition that changes sound into melody. In a ball game, perceiving the ball at the level of fourth order perception enables the body to respond automatically and hit the ball correctly. It will do so even more if one has previously watched a good player again at the level of the fourth order. Opening up higher stations decreases the control.
